Life Centered Coaching
The change you’ve been trying to make. Actually made.
Transformative coaching, drawn from the Life Centered Therapy method described in The One-Hour Miracle. Practiced by every coach on our team.
If you’re here, you already know the pattern.
You’ve done the reading. You’ve named the pattern. You may even know where it started. And it’s still here.
Insight rarely moves what insight didn’t put there. The pattern isn’t an information problem — it’s a pattern the body is running, often older than the situation triggering it. The work is meeting it there.
How it works
A different way in.
01
You bring what’s stuck.
A pattern, a block, a decision, a sensation that won’t leave. You don’t need to know what it is — just that it won’t move.
02
We ask the body directly.
Muscle testing names the pattern at play and points to where it lives in the body. We ask the sensation what it has come to share — and stay with what surfaces.
03
Something shifts.
Often in a single session. What was running stops running. The question shifts from why am I like this to what’s actually next.

The lineage
Our approach is the coaching application of the framework developed by Andrew Hahn, PsyD, and Joan Beckett, LMHC, MBA — authors of The One-Hour Miracle and originators of Life Centered Therapy. Every coach on our team has trained in the method.

“I recommend it to friends and colleagues.”

Life Centered Coaching is consciousness-based experiential work — not psychotherapy. Coaching, not therapy.
One session. See what moves.
One session tells you more than any amount of reading. The work has to be felt to be understood — and we’d rather you find out in an hour than wonder for a year.
